Why is enclosed transport better than open transport?

With open transport, the vehicle is exposed to the elements. Bad weather and other variables that aren't covered by insurance. With enclosed shipping, you can protect the vehicle from the elements & any variables that aren't covered by open insurance transporters.

Are the carries insured in case of damages?

Yes, any transporter that's booked is fully insured & licensed. If you suspect any damages were done by the transporter, please call us to get it resolved.

How long will it take to book my vehicle?

The time to book varies depending on weather, location, & type of vehicle. Typically a car can get booked within 2-5 days.

Do I have to be there to have the car picked up/dropped off?

Yes, you must be there to meet the transporter. This will ensure you have inspected the vehicle & accepted the conditions of giving or receiving the vehicle.

Can I ship an inop vehicle?

Yes, you can. Shipping an inop vehicle will typically cost more as it's labor intensive compared to an operating vehicle.

Is there any document I will need to sign when picking up/receiving my vehicle?

Yes, upon receiving or giving a car to the transporter, you will need to sign a "Bill of lading" commonly referred to "BOL". This is an inspection form that marks any previous imperfections or notes the transporter had upon picking up or delivering the vehicle. This document will ensure that you and the transporter have agreed on the conditions of the vehicle.
